The age of slicing vegetables by hand is over, by using this excellent spiralizer – it will leave you with lots of spare time to get on with other things. We have sourced this product through our contacts in the commercial kitchen trade and this is the same product as used in restaurants all over the world. We have now added suction feet to this spiralizer for more stability and it now includes the ability to connect with a cordless drill or screwdriver (socket included) to provide a motorised turning vegetable slicer for the larger jobs.

This vegetable slicer comes with 3 versatile blades and this increases its versatility. One blade is permanently fitted to the machine and allows the creation of spiral ribbons. Three further blades are included which can be interchanged as and when needed and they include a 1mm fine blade for delicate raw Angel Hair spaghetti, a 2.5mm blade and a 4mm coarse blade. Spare blades can be purchased from us separately should they ever go blunt or you lose them.

Ideal for livening up those boring salads and essential for preparing ingredients for authentic Sushi or Sashimi dishes. This spiralizer is great for raw food enthusiasts and vegetarians. An easy recipe to make with this unique kitchen tool is raw spaghetti. Just process a courgette through the machine, and watch long strands of courgette spaghetti come out or switch the blade and get spiral ribbons, blend up a simple pasta sauce or pesto in your blender and pour over spiralized vegetables.
