Like the complete BioChef range, the Living Food Blender is inbuilt with EPT or Enzyme Protection Technology, geared primarily to retain the living enzymes found in food. Not only will the BioChef Blender release nutrients not usually accessible by the body, you can also use the tamper stick to ensure that your food is not heated over 46 degrees Celcius at any given time for maximum retention and a “raw food” approach to eating.
