Difference between Angel AG-8500 and Angel AG-7500

The Angel AG-7500 and AG-8500 are technically identical. The difference between these machines is the stainless steel used for the twin gear and juicing screen. The Angel AG-7500 is equipped with parts of Inox 18/8 stainless steel, which is an alloy of 18% chromium and 8% nickel. The AG-8500 juicing parts are made of Inox 18/12 stainless steel, an alloy of 18% chromium and 12% nickel. Inox 18/12 is a little tougher and is used in surgical instruments.
