The Juiceland website can accept orders for delivery to destinations within the UK and Europe.

Courier Delivery

Our cut off time for orders is 3pm, we usually despatch all orders on an overnight courier service. This means you should receive your order (if on the UK mainland) by Next Working Day Delivery (Monday to Friday - Except Bank Holidays) or within 2/3 days for UK Offshore and remote addresses. However, as a safety margin we do ask UK Offshore customers to allow up to 5 days for delivery. An email will be sent to you the day the order is despatched.

It is important to try and ensure someone will be present at the delivery address to receive the order, as packages will not be left without a signature on behalf of the recipient without written consent. It may often be convenient to specify a work or business address for delivery. If no one is present at the time of attempted delivery the courier will leave a contact card. Please read this card for instructions on what the courier is going to do next, they will either redeliver the following working day or request that you contact them to arrange a suitable time. Your order will only be held for 5 days at the couriers local depot, the package will be returned to us if no instruction is received from yourself or if it is not collected within this time frame. Please be aware that items returned as undelivered, will result in extra charges.

If you wish to redirect the package to an alternative address once it has been despatched, this will result in an extra charge of £10.00 including VAT. Please be aware that these charges are the responsibility of the customer, if you would like to make a change to the delivery address after the item has been despatched, please contact us by telephone or email as we have to agree the charge with the courier.

If the goods are not delivered within the timescale set out above, and no card has been left by the courier, please contact us by telephone or email. Please note: We cannot be held liable for any loss caused by late delivery on the part of the couriers.

Shipping on smaller items like books and seed are charged by weight and are shipped by Royal Mail 1st Class post. These smaller items would go free if purchased along with any item that has Free UK Mainland Delivery.
