Wow ! Fantastic ! You were the FIRST people in 3 days who had used all the juicers that they sold ..!!!, knew all there was to know about them, knew about warranties and what warranties were really worth the paper they were written on, had done your own yield analysis from different juicers; knew which had reverse gears, which produced less foam for wheatgrass, which were upgraded versions, which were the same versions with different attachments (Kempo and Hippocrates)...need I go on !!

It is refreshing and restores my belief in companies who really care for customers, what they are selling and after sales service, and who are prepared to go beyond the norm to serve their customers.

You were incredibly helpful even on items I could not purchase from yourself, and honest when there were items that may be better suited to my needs and supplied by other companies.

Hi...just to say thank you for delivery of Fresh 'n Pure water distiller received today.

Only 3 days from date of order is terrific service and at a great price...same distiller here (Ireland) is 325.50 euro (approx. 260 pounds) so you saved me 86.50 euro.

My Soyabella has arrived this morning safe and well. I want to thank you for such a fast and efficient service and communication. I nearly bought the Soyabella at a another UK Internet shop but found their shipping costs of 30.00 pounds to Germany prohibitive. I haven't used the machine yet but I owned another brand before and I think this one will be much easier to clean.

I also appreciate the thought of putting in a European adaptor.

All around I am very pleased and since I moved to Germany I started to appreciate what good service one in England gets.
