The Elite II vacuum packer pumps air out of the specially designed bags or containers and then seals the air out so as to create an oxygen free zone. The vacuum packer is particularly useful in the domestic kitchen and can be used to seal freshly prepared juices and dehydrated food and is ideal for storing and preserving fruits, vegetables, meat, milks, plated meals, sauces, coffee granules and can even be used for preserving old documents and valuable jewellery etc.
