The Restaurant Pro has a professional restaurant design intended for the home user. Its powerful rack and pinion gearing system which is usually found on more expensive commercial juicers makes juicing quick and easy via a single motion operation with a spring-loaded handle that goes back automatically ready for the next press. 2000 lbs of pressure is exerted on to the fruit to ensure you extract the maximum amount of juice whilst minimising the amount of peel oil and pulp that is extracted. It features a rubber stabilizing bar for holding whilst juicing and a heavy base with anti-mark suction cup feet.
All parts that come into contact with juice are constructed from hygienic and durable stainless steel and allows for juicing of oranges, pomegranate, lemons, limes and grapefruit. The Restaurant Pro orange juicer produces beautiful tasting juice free from bitter peel oil. Clean up is a breeze as there are only 2 parts to clean and the reaming cone is easily removed.
