The combined one-piece reaming cone and strainer basket and the basket housing are the only parts that need to be washed and as they are made from stainless steel, they can be popped straight in the dishwasher after juicing.
The Remida commercial citrus squeezer has a spring-loaded top cone fitted to its pull down lid, this allows for a variety of peel thicknesses to be juiced whilst ensuring the maximum amount of juice is extracted every time whilst other brands of similar orange juicers have a fixed top cone which sometimes leaves some juice in the fruit. The lid protects the operator from catching their fingers whilst juicing and this citrus juice extractor can also be operated with the lid left up by applying pressure to the fruit when it is positioned on the reaming cone.
To juice an orange, simply lift the lid, position the fruit on the reamer cone and pull down the lid - the machine will automatically start and will stop juicing when you lift the lid. The reamer cone is a universal fit so will juice lemons, limes, oranges, grapefruit and pomegranate and a 1400 RPM spin speed ensures your fruits are juiced quickly with little fuss.
