Firstly, the Oscar Neo juicer is smaller and lighter than the previous Vitalmax model and incorporates a retractable carry handle. It now features a more efficiently designed motor that requires less power to do the same job. Also, Oscar have added a 5-step Pressure Adjustment Nozzle to the Neo juicer which is usually only found on the more expensive twin gear juicers.
