Dual stage juicers like the Omega 8006 juicer squeezes the fruits and vegetables at two separate points on the juicing filter screen as it passes through the machine. A silicon seal on the juicing screen and another on the pusher helps to create a greater back-pressure which results in a higher yield of juice with less fibre in it. Dual Stage juicers have revitalised single gear juicing with the latest advancements in manufacturing allowing a functional, high yielding, less pulp extraction process.
A 3 step auger turning at around 80 revolutions per minute ensures that living juice full of enzymes is always produced. Slower speed juicing means less oxygen is introduced and extends the shelf life of the juice for up to 48 hours. The careful cold press pestle action of the Omega juicer means the juice retains up to 100% more calcium than high speed juicers and a significantly higher volume of juice is produced that doesn't separate or go brown.
The patented design of the Omega 8006 juice extractor, including the silicone sealed juicing screen, drum and silicone sealed pusher creates a 'turbulent force' which allows maximum juice extraction, increased nutritional value and the minimum of pulp entering the extracted juice.
