The KitchenAid Blender KSB52 is part of the Artisan collection and features the same heavy duty metal base as other products in this range. The powerful 500 watt, 10 speed motor is variable from 4,000 - 10,000 RPM and makes this user friendly appliance extremely versatile. The KitchenAid Ultra Power blender can produce everything from soups to smoothies with great ease, speed and efficiency. An intelligent sensor automatically adjusts the speed when it starts, it begins blending slowly, then picks up to the chosen speed to reduce splatters and it also adjusts the power to remain constant when blending harder produce. The Clean Touch control panel features symbols for various tasks and is easy to wipe clean with no raised knobs or buttons for food to get lodged in.

The heavy-duty 1.25 litre glass jug enables both hot and cold items to be blended and prevents discolouration and odours from remaining, it is also dishwasher safe. The wide jug is rounder and squatter than old-style blenders which makes it easier to reach in and scrape the sides.
