What is HUSK?

HUSK is the husk from the Psyllium seed. HUSK is a natural product which helps people with constipation, irritable bowel or diarrhoea. The husks of the Psyllium seeds have been used medicinally for many years.

Fibre works

When a person eats sufficient fibre they normally experience regular bowel movements. Fibre works in several ways. Fibre binds the liquid in the bowel such that the stool becomes softer. This stimulates the bowel movement, with the result that the stool passes quicker through the system. Fibre also changes the constitution of the bacteria in the bowel.
