This 500g pre-mixed assortment of mung, alfalfa and radish is very high in protein and conveniently consists of three sprouts that grow well together. Well presented in a hermetically sealed ring-pull can with a re-sealable lid. For some people this is an ideal mix for all their sprouting needs and if you never sprout anything else, with this mixture you will achieve a very balanced combination of proteins, enzymes, anti-oxidants, vitamins, minerals and trace elements.


Organic Mung Sprouting Seed

The archetypal stir-fry sprout, mung has a good balance of protein, vitamins A,B,C and E, iron, calcium, magnesium and potassium; a very easy sprouter for quick results.

Organic Alfalfa Sprouting Seed

The organic alfalfa sprout is probably the easiest of all to grow. This ever popular, delicious alfalfa salad sprout is very high in protein (40%) and helps lower bad cholesterol. A good supplier of vitamin B complex, vitamins A,C,D,E, and K along with phosphorous, calcium, potassium, magnesium, iron, selenium and zinc.
For enlivening sandwiches, salads and spreads or an interesting alternative garnish. Alfalfa means ‘father of all foods’ in Arabic, a lovely mild taste means you can’t grow enough.
