The Frucosol F50 Automatic Orange Juicer
There comes a point in high volume applications where the automation of orange juice production becomes the most viable option. The Frucosol F50 offers an economically priced but very reliable and effective solution where demand is high or the number of available machine operators is limited. The simplicity of operation is also an advantage in situations where staff turnover is high (eg students) and effective training of new staff in operating the manually operated machines efficiently proves difficult. Another significant advantage of this style of orange squeezer is the theatrical appeal your customers will love watching the oranges roll into the feed chute and the juice coming out at the other end. The attractive stainless steel housing gives the Frucosol strong visual appeal that would look great in any environment and it is one of the most compact automatic units available. Operation couldn't be simpler; the user simply loads the feed hopper and presses the start button, the Frucosol then processes however many oranges are in the hopper and the operator is free to do something else - taking your customers money for example! The process is simple and the small number of parts and low speed motor make this type of squeezer very reliable. The oranges fall into the path of the squeezing drums which first take them over a knife which halves them. The half oranges then meet the squeezing balls' as the drums rotate and the juice is pressed out and passes through the easily removable filter, meanwhile the skins are conveniently discharged into the waste buckets that sit either side and the machine stops automatically. The juice quality is excellent with surprisingly little transfer of bitter oil from the skin compared to some automatics. Consuming a measly 150 watts of power with a processing capacity of 20-25 fruits per minute (max fruit size 85mm).There's no problem serving a queue of customers in a busy location.
