The Excalibur Food Dehydrator 9 Tray Model 3926 with 26 hour timer is built in the USA to the highest standards. 35 years of manufacturing expertise and their patented "Parallexx" horizontal drying process make this dehydrator the leader in its field for food dehydrating.

Excalibur dehydrators are recommended by the world renowned Hippocrates Health Institute and are highly regarded by the raw food community. An Excalibur dehydration guide is included with every food dehydrator.

The 7" fan, heating element, and adjustable thermostat are mounted in the rear. Cool air is drawn in through the back, heated up and then evenly distributed across each tray. During the dehydration process, warm air removes the moisture from the food and is pushed out through the front of the machine. The built in 26 hour timer will automatically shut off the machine when the specified time is reached.

Horizontal airflow provides even drying, eliminating the need for tray rotation. Drying is fast and no heat is lost as the Excalibur dehydrator doesn’t need to be taken apart to change the tray sequence during the dehydrating process. One or all trays may be removed making space for larger items such as whole fruit, casserole dishes and the height advantage makes it ideal for crafts.

The case, door and trays on the Excalibur 3000 series are constructed of high grade polycarbonate which is virtually unbreakable. The Excalibur 3926 food dehydrator has 9 dishwasher safe trays with flexible mesh inserts offering 15 square feet of drying space.

The Adjustable thermostat (85-155 °F / 29 - 68 °C) allows perfect drying every time and the square tray design increases drying area over standard dehydrators with round trays.
