The Angel Juicer AM2506 by Easy Health has been designed to deliver juice of the highest quality that is rich in vitamins, minerals and live enzymes. This quality of juice cannot be obtained from shop bought juice or even from those juice bars using high speed machines. The juicer and all parts are made completely of stainless steel and the large gears have anti-bacterial properties adding to its unique hygienic construction. It is efficient at juicing vegetables, wheatgrass, leafy greens, seeds and fruit and is one of the best machines we have tested for juice yield with results comparable to the Twin Health Living juice extractor.

Twin Gear juicers with their triturating action, grind the fruit and vegetables down more thoroughly than any other kind of juicer, ejecting a fine, dry fibre with less colour remaining (proving more nutrients have gone in to the juice and not in the pulp). The Angel Juicer features a 2 step pressure screw which first applies pressure to crush the produce and then grind the pulp so it is thoroughly ’chewed’. The tough cellulose fibres of vegetables and leafy greens are thoroughly broken down and important nutrients such as calcium are released into the juice. When juicing for maximum health benefits, we want to be able to grind the fibres as thoroughly as possible to ensure that the maximum levels of enzymes and nutrients are released from deep within the fibres. The triturating action also removes the majority of pesticides and agrochemicals on the surface of non-organic fruits and vegetables and it does this by binding them to the waste fibre.

The motor exerts a 3 Horsepower force on the produce when grinding it, whilst operating at a slow 86 RPM to ensure no frictional heat is created. Resulting in maximum juice extraction without the loss of nutrients and enzymes. Due to its low operating speed, this machine is very quiet in operation.

Hand made completely of stainless steel, with an automated pressure adjustment and featuring the largest feeding chamber of all Twin Gear juicers, this juice extractor is one of the easiest juicers to use and clean and has only 5 juicing parts which are dishwasher safe (apart from the wooden handled pusher). We recommend the use of an e-cloth to polish up the stainless steel to a fine shine.
