Compact Juicer Ivory

The New Compact Juicer uses a slow speed extraction to preserve the nutritional content of your juice. Like other single auger juicers it is able to juice all fruits, vegetables and even wheatgrass and has food processor abilities to make noodles and pasta, nut butters, soups, smoothies, purees, baby food, sauces, salsas, sorbets and can even grind coffee and make soy milk.

What sets the Compact Juicer apart from other 6 in 1 juicers is that it also includes a separate mincing attachment for properly mincing meat, herbs and vegetables and comes with a sausage making nozzle to create your own recipe bangers - making it a 10 in 1 juicer.

Minimal work space is needed as the Compact Juicer is a whole 11 centimetres shorter than the next smallest slow speed juicer, so is great for those space challenged kitchens and weighing in at only 4 kilos means that it can be easily put away when not in use.

The slow speed of the Compact Juicer and the gentle crushing and squeezing action is similar to that used in a Cold Press method, therefore minimal frictional heat is generated which means your juice contains up to 60% more nutrients than from a centrifugal juicer and the live enzymes remain alive. This allows the juice to achieve its maximum storage value of 48 hours.
