A feature packed blender and smoothie maker which brings precise blending control to the home kitchen. Boasting the same 1500 watt, 2 Brake Horsepower motor found in Blendtec commercial blenders - making it the most powerful home blender on the planet.

The Extreme model comes with the New Large capacity Wildside three-quart (96oz/2.8L) BPA-free jar with 4” wingtip blade and easy open vented gripper lid. The patented 5-sided jar produces a better blending vortex to micronize fruits and vegetables and make their nutrients more bio-available to the body. The larger Wildside jug is more suited to people blending more than 350ml (12 fl oz) at a time or for better results with green smoothies. Also available as the Blendtec Total Blender 64oz version.

The Blendtec Total Blender Extreme HP3A features 25 pre-programmed cycles to choose from; these can be easily accessed through the intuitive scroll menu on the blue LCD screen. Furthermore, four buttons on the touchpad have been left free so that you can move your favourite blending programs on to these buttons. This enables you to access your favourite blending cycles with one touch of a button, for example; have button 1 for Smoothies, button 2 for Soups, button 3 for Ice Cream and button 4 for Grinding Wheat to Flour - the choice is yours and if you forget what you have programmed in - just press the button and the LCD will tell you what it is! There is also a handy speed up and speed down arrow located on the touch pad which allows you to manually increase or decrease the speed in 10 increments.

Just in case you thought that was enough, the Blendtec Total Blender will automatically go through the blending programs and stop automatically when it is finished. Once you have familiarised yourself with the various pre-programmed cycles, you will be able to pick and choose which cycles suit you best. Once you have added your ingredients, simply press the button for the required cycle and the machine will automatically start, it will then slowly increase the speed to the required level and then slow down and stop when the cycle is complete; meaning you can simply add your ingredients and walk away.

Blendtec have done away with knobs and switches in favour of their Smart-Touch™ control panel which is wipe clean and waterproof. To wash your jug, you simply fill it up half way with warm water and add a tiny drop of washing up liquid - set it to go on full power and your jug is rigorously cleaned. The Blendtec Total Blender jug is now made from a co-polyester material that has greater chemical resistance, improved sound dampening qualities, and contains no BPA (Bisphenol A).

Many different foods can be processed in the Blendtec Total Blender Extreme including fruit, vegetable and green smoothies, hot soups from cold ingredients, baby food, nut butters, batters, soups, salsas, frozen fruit ice creams, fondue, nut milks, grind coffee, grind seed and grain to flour and even making bread dough. The HP3A comes with a 244 page, full colour recipe book.

What is BPA Free?

BPA (Bisphenol-A) is a cancer-causing industrial chemical used to make polycarbonate plastic, epoxy resins and other products. It was found to leach out from many food and beverage containers including those used by our babies and children. BPA Free means that there is no Bisphenol-A in the material used in the Total Blender jug, Blendtec are currently the only blender manufacturer who provides BPA Free material to the UK & European market.
