The Banana Slicer - This is rapidly becoming one of our favourite kitchen gadgets. It can slice an entire banana in just seconds, making perfectly even slices. The banana slicer is great for food dehydrating as it produces even slices, which ensures all the slices are dehydrated at the same time. You no longer have to go picking pieces out that are done whilst you leave the others to dehydrate.
