Used in restaurants and catering establishments around the world. With its powerful 200 watt engine, 2 speed motor and extended shaft length for processing larger batches than the Bamix domestic range. It also features a rubber membrane which seals the switches from getting liquid in them and a handy curly cord. Also available as the Bamix Gastro 350 with 350 watt motor and longer shaft.
At lower speed it's great for blending light and airy dishes and smaller batches and on high speed it excels at firmer ingredients and larger quantities. All Bamix Gastro parts are resistant to corrosion and will leave no taste or smell. This model is submersible up to 25 cm.
The Bamix Gastro 200 commercial hand blender is simple to use. Its interchangeable blades simply clip into place at the bottom of the shaft and it can be switched on, off and between speeds easily with your forefinger.
The Bamix blender is so practical it can cope with nearly every task imaginable in a commercial kitchen and can be used with any pan, bowl or jug. Blend soups in the saucepan in no time at all. Makes light work of producing sauces and purees in seconds - far more versatile than a conventional food processor - you'll wonder how you coped without one!
