The Bamix Deluxe Stick Blender Model M160 in Black is yet another excellent immersion blender from this Swiss manufacturers stable. The Bamix Deluxe weighs in with a hefty 160 watt motor which is more than adequate for the budding chef.
Versatile is Bamixs’ middle name and this compact hand blender has dual speed settings which make it capable of dealing with almost anything you can throw at it in the domestic kitchen.
On low speed, the blades spin at 10,000 RPM which makes light work of blending small quantities and light dishes. At high speed the blades spin at 16,000 RPM which allows it to cope with harder foods and larger batches.
The Bamix Deluxe blender package includes a Mincer blade for purees, smoothies, blending, liquidising and various mixing tasks; a Beater blade for beating, whipping, homogenising, creaming, aerating and creation of foams; a Whisk blade for mayonnaise, whisking, stirring, emulsifying, mashing and also alcoholic cocktail creation.
Also included with the Bamix Deluxe hand blender is the Dry Grinder for grinding down various ingredients like onions, nuts, garlic and herbs and a counter-top storage stand. All parts are food safe and anti corrosion.
