The Bamix Deluxe Stick Blender Model M160 is a versatile and compact immersion blender suitable for home use. It features a 160 watt 2 speed motor, the low setting is suitable for blending light, airy dishes and small amounts and the high setting for firm produce and larger amounts. All parts which come into contact with food are rust-proof, tasteless, odourless and resistant to corrosive ingredients.

It comes with a Mincer blade for pureeing, blending, mixing and liquidising; a Beater blade for beating, whipping, blending, homogenising, aerating and foaming; a Whisk blade for whisking, stirring, mashing, emulsifying and mixing cocktails. Also included is a Grinder for grinding dry ingredients and mincing herbs and a handy stand which stores the blender and blades and can be wall mounted (screws and plugs provided).
