"I have tried several raw food ’cook’ books of late - they all had something to offer, but they have been dominated by dips and sauces rather than the ’solid’ food I was seeking. This is well illustrated, easy to follow, doesn’t rely too heavily on a dehydrator (but a food processor would be useful) and generally brighter and more accessible than others I have read, still lots of dips, but much more besides.
