Centrifugal Juicers work by centrifugal force, the produce is pushed down on to a grater that is revolving at thousands of Revolutions Per Minute (RPM). The speed of the grater effectively shreds the produce and the centrifugal force created underneath - sucks the juice through and is dispensed into your receptacle.
